A Comprehensive and Diverse Social Project
Sheen International is a voluntary organization started in 2013 with the aim of bringing deserving students to social progress by conducting educational and employment empowerment activities among the lower classes of society. The Dream Valley Project, prepared to carry out such activities outside Kerala, was launched in July 2024.
At Sheen International, we believe that education is the most powerful tool for transforming lives. With this vision, we proudly present the Dream Valley Project, an initiative dedicated to empowering underprivileged Muslim students in Karnataka by providing them with quality education and a brighter future.
Despite immense potential, many deserving students are held back due to financial constraints. The Dream Valley Project is our answer to this challenge—a mission to nurture young minds, equip them with knowledge, and pave their path toward success. With a rent-free college campus already secured, we are set to launch our first academic year in June 2025. However, to make this dream a reality, we need your support.

Dream Valley Project – Stage 1: Laying the Foundation for a Brighter Future
The first stage of the Dream Valley Project will focus on Vocational Training & Competitive Exam Preparation, aiming to uplift underprivileged Muslim students in Karnataka by equipping them with valuable skills and career opportunities. This stage is designed to provide immediate employability while also preparing students for government job opportunities.
Key Focus Areas of Training
- Vocational Training Programs
- Digital Marketing – Social media management, SEO, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Office Administration – Computer basics, MS Office, accounting, and clerical work.
- Mobile Phone Technician – Hardware and software repair, troubleshooting, and servicing.
- Competitive Exam Coaching
- Civil Police Officer (State Police Recruitment)
- State PSC Exams (Various clerical & officer-level jobs)
- Railway Police & Other Railway Board Exams
- Soft Skills & Islamic Moral Studies
- Soft Skills Development – Communication, teamwork, leadership, interview preparation, and personality development.
- Moral Studies (Islamic Beliefs & Ethics) – Instilling strong moral values and discipline in students.
Process of Implementation
1. Candidate Selection & Recruitment
Eligibility Criteria:
- Muslim students from economically weaker sections.
- Minimum educational qualification:
- Vocational Training – 10th Pass & Above
- Competitive Exam Training – 12th Pass & Above
- Highly motivated individuals with a willingness to learn and grow.
Recruitment Process:
- Application & Registration:
Advertisements through mosques, community centers, social media, and word-of-mouth. Online and offline application forms for interested candidates. - Screening & Selection:
Initial screening based on eligibility and need-based criteria. Personal interview and aptitude test for competitive exam aspirants. - Final Selection & Enrollment:
Shortlisted candidates will receive admission confirmation along with training schedules. Orientation session to introduce them to the program and career prospects.
Call for Support & Contributions
To successfully execute this stage, we need:
- Financial Support – Sponsor a student’s education.
- Volunteers & Trainers – Professionals to mentor and teach.
- Infrastructure & Equipment – Computers, mobile repair kits, study materials, etc.
Dream Valley Project – Stage 2: Establishing the Dream Valley Project
After successfully implementing Stage 1 (Vocational Training & Competitive Exam Coaching), the next step is to expand into a fully equipped Dream Valley Project. This campus will serve as a comprehensive educational and skill development hub for underprivileged Muslim students in Karnataka, providing quality education, career training, and personal development in an inclusive residential environment.
The Dream Valley Project will consist of:
- A Residential Public School – To provide quality school education for students from low-income backgrounds.
- A Skill Training Centre – To equip youth with employable skills for a sustainable livelihood.
- A Civil Services Coaching Centre – To prepare students for government job opportunities, especially in high-ranking positions.
Dream Valley Project – Stage 3: Expanding to 1,000 Villages
After establishing the Dream Valley Project as a center for quality education, skill training, and competitive exam coaching, Stage 3 will focus on expanding its impact to 1,000 villages across Karnataka. The goal is to make education, skill development, and career guidance accessible to rural communities, ensuring that students from remote areas also benefit from the project.
This stage will involve:
- Outreach Programs – Taking educational and training programs directly to villages.
- Satellite Learning Centers – Setting up small centers in selected villages.
- Online & Hybrid Learning – Utilizing technology for wider reach.
- Community Engagement – Involving local organizations, schools, and mosques.
